Immunizations for non employed providers

Hi! Do you keep track of immunizations for non employed providers in your database? Currently we do but would like to implement a new process of have the provider sign the immune status form and call it good. For our employed providers, our Employee Health Services tracks those. Yes, we keep track of TB immunization for all credentialed providers. Since I am not clinical, if I’m unsure of the documentation from the provider I verify it with my Infection Control Director.
