Fellowship Privileges

Do any of you have a fellows at your facility? If so, how do you handle them? Do you fully credential and privilege them and create a preceptorship plan for them?

We often have many medical students, APRN students, and residents rotate here through contracts with educational or training programs, and have a process in place for that. However, we have not had fellows and want to be sure to approach this correctly.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
