Our facility is looking to implement an online/paperless peer review process. Any feedback on systems that are currently being used?
Our facility uses RL Solutions, soon upgrading to RL Datix. I am not involved in the day to day use of the software. However, I had heard them say that RL Solutions was pretty clunky and not very friendly for the end user.
We also use this system for our incidents and customer grievance so it’s nice that it’s all in the same system.
