Telemed Bylaw language

We are adding psych telemedicine providers and need to update the bylaws accordingly. I am looking for language applicable to a clinical setting, not hospital. I would appreciate any help on this:)

This is what our Bylaws say for description of Telemedicine Staff: The Telemedicine Staff shall consist of Physicians who provide care, treatment and services to patients only through a telemedicine link or other form of remote communication technology. Telemedicine Staff members do not have admitting privileges at the Hospital.
