        Good morning all!

        I am inquiring to find a template for the new telephonic policy & procedures. Our clinic (a Rural Health Care Facility) just implemented telemedicine for the Covid19 Pandemic and we are trying to get the legalities in place asap. Would anyone be willing to share or point me in a direction where i could find a template for the new “Telephonic” portion of telemedicine?
