        Has anyone enrolled a behavioral health provider to the UHC Medicare advantage plan that was already set up with Optum? I was told to fax a letter requesting participation in that network to 1-855-728-1736. I want to be sure this is accurate and get an idea of how long it took to receive notice that the request was fulfilled.
